Cancellations & Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Once an arrangement has been designed, prepared, or delivery has started, the order becomes non-refundable.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all completed deliveries are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
- The recipient not being available at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the delivery
Proof of Delivery
All deliveries are documented with photo proof and/or driver communication.
For anonymous deliveries or doorstep drop-offs (upon customer request), we provide delivery confirmation via photo and SMS.
Non-Refundable Items
All custom arrangements, flower boxes, and add-on items (including teddy bears, chocolates, and balloons) are final sale once delivered.
