TERMS OF SERVICE | FLORIYA FLOWERS

Welcome to Floriya Flowers, located at 16612 San Pedro Ave #2, San Antonio, TX 78232. These Terms apply to all purchases, orders, subscriptions and event services (online, in-store or by phone). By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Information & Operating Hours

Hours may vary on holidays. For the most accurate schedule, check Google Maps or call (210) 850-5315.

2. Same-Day Delivery

• Available for orders placed 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (local time).
• Delivery fee is calculated automatically by ZIP code and distance.

3. General Order Terms

• Orders are confirmed after full payment; once preparation or dispatch begins, orders are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for accurate delivery details (address, phone, instructions).
• If the recipient is unavailable, the driver may leave flowers at the door and send a notification and/or photo proof.
• Anonymous delivery: sender information is not disclosed.
• Requests like “do not call / do not leave at door / no photo” must be specified at checkout.
• Extra gifts or long card texts must be arranged before delivery (long texts can be sent via WhatsApp).
• If the recipient refuses the order, no refund is issued. The sender may pick it up in store within 24 hours; unclaimed perishables may be discarded.
• We do not take card data by phone. Payments are processed only via secure Stripe/Square links.
• Failed delivery (absence/incorrect address/restricted access): redelivery costs $25–$100 (distance-based) and is scheduled for the next available day.
• We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value when specific varieties are unavailable.

4. Wedding & Event Orders

• Non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is required to reserve a date; balance due 14 days before the event.
• Design changes are accepted up to 14 days prior; after that, designs are final.
• Minor variations may occur due to seasonality; date changes depend on availability.

5. Sympathy & Funeral Orders

• Handled with priority and delivered in time for the service.
• Same-day funeral orders: place at least 4 hours before the service.
• Once prepared/dispatched, these orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

6. Subscriptions (Weekly)

• Billed automatically via Stripe (weekly or monthly billing for weekly deliveries).
• Minimum term — 3 months (12 weekly deliveries); early cancellation is not permitted.
• Delivered within the customer’s selected window (time-slot fees apply).
• Failed delivery: redelivery $25–$100; next available day. Completed deliveries are final.

7. Refund & Replacement

Flowers/perishables are non-refundable after delivery. For damage or error, email floriyaflowerstx@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos. Replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

8. Balloons, External Items & Holidays

• We do not inflate balloons with helium (including customer-provided balloons).
• We deliver only items purchased from our store; third-party items are not delivered.
• Exceptions may be made at the manager’s discretion (confirm with the operator in advance). We assume no liability for third-party items.
• On peak holidays (e.g., Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) orders are accepted only from special website sections.

9. Payments & Tax

By paying through Stripe/Square, you agree to all charges (incl. delivery and tax). You authorize recurring subscription charges. Prices include Texas sales tax (8.25%).

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages, delays due to weather/traffic/third-party couriers, or minor natural variations in flowers. We strive to meet your chosen window, but reasonable delays may occur.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Venue: Bexar County, Texas.
