At Floriya Flowers, we respect your privacy and give all users the right to request deletion of their account and personal data, including information received through third-party login providers such as Facebook, Google, or Apple.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete your account or any personal data associated with it, please send an email to:

Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
In your message, please include:
- The email address associated with your account;
- Your full name;
- The login method you used (Facebook, Google, Apple, or website registration).
2. Processing Time
All verified requests will be completed within 48 hours. Once deleted, your account, order history, preferences, and login access will be permanently removed from our system.
3. Third-Party Login Data
If you signed in using Facebook Login, Google Login, or Sign in with Apple, we will delete all data received from these providers during authentication, including:
- Name
- Email address (or Apple relay email)
- Profile photo (if shared)
You may also revoke our access at any time directly within your Facebook, Google, or Apple account settings.
